Purpose:
The RK-NAIL3020 fully intelligent nail box machine is a high-speed intelligent fully automatic steel wire nail box forming and packaging equipment developed by our company based on market demand and domestic and foreign technology. Intelligent computer control, high-precision photoelectric tracking, touch screen human-computer interaction; Adopting an extended conveyor belt for suction type non-stop feeding or downward suction type non-stop feeding, the host is equipped with variable frequency linkage speed regulation, and the cardboard forming adopts an intelligent servo motor that can perform forming and nailing operations on different specifications of paper boxes. Combined with the automatic feeding of the rear assembly line and the addition of top cover box equipment, the cardboard forming to product packaging can be completed in one go.
